Beyoncé's fans look forward to the beginning of each year as the "Single Ladies" singer often shares a highlight of her year on her website. This year, even amid the pandemic, Beyoncé continued her usual tradition. She also shared what she learned during the pandemic lockdown.

Rare Photos, Videos of Beyoncé Kids Surface

Beyoncé twins Sir and Rumi Carter looked ever-so-adorable in the four-minute video footage their mom shared. The twins were riding a golf cart with their mom, the Queen Bee. Sir was on the Queen Bee's lap while Rumi was seen dancing to mom's "Savage Remix" song she collaborated with Megan Thee Stallion. "Did you have a good summer?" Bey asked daughter Rumi who happily nods.

Beyoncé's daughter Blue Ivy Carter was also featured in a sweet selfie with her mom on Beyonce.com. The singer hosted a New Year's party with her close loved ones. Blue Ivy wore a sequined dress accessorized with a tiara. Beyoncé's daughter will turn 9 on January 7, 2020.

Fans noticed that most of the recently made public photos were of the "Irreplaceable" singer's 38^thbirthday last September 4, Elle reported. Her children Blue, Rumi, and Sir, celebrated with their mom as Bey blows her birthday cake candles.

Beyoncé Shares How Her Family Spent Christmas

Beyoncé previously talked about spending the holidays in the Carter household. She said her three-year-old twins are now beginning to understand Christmas and love to celebrate the holiday season. Bey said she herself loves Christmas.

In Beyoncé's home, she and her kids decorate cookies and hang ornaments. The "Love on Top" singer revealed that their Christmas ornaments usually consist of every family member's favorite things. And when they decorate, they usually jam to Christmas tunes.

Blue Ivy also makes sure to leave cookies and milk, "and the most beautiful letters for Santa," Bey revealed. Beyoncé's kids get up early on Christmas morning to open presents. Next comes a big lunch with the entire family. Bey opened up about feeling like a kid enjoying the joy and wonderment children show on Christmas day.

Beyoncé Opens Up About the Pandemic and the New Year

The proud mom-of-three also shared a video of Blue Ivy during the recording of "Brown Skin Girl"-the song which got the 8-year-old her first Grammy nomination, Business World reported.

The Grammy award-winning singer captioned the video with what she learned from the past year. Bey said that the pandemic year divided and united the world. Divisions were created with quarantines, lockdowns, and the loss of loved ones. But, "we were united by our humanity," shared the Queen Bee.

As B reflected on the past year, she says she wishes for all to "honor yourself and those you love." The year that claimed the lives of many had Bey reflecting on the importance of life. She encourages everyone to cherish moments with loved ones. "Those moments with the ones you love are most precious."

In the year 2021, Bey plans to "live in love, chase happiness, and celebrate joy." She adds, "Give yourself permission to experience joy."

Beyoncé also said powerful words of encouragement: "Celebrate your individuality. You are important; you contribute to our beautiful collective." Bey looks forward to a better and brighter 2021, sending love to all her fans.
