Distraught Dad Michael Bublé Won’t Sing Again Until Son Noah Wins Battle Against Liver Cancer

Distraught Dad Michael Bublé is saying he will not sing again until his son Noah has won his battle against liver cancer. The Canadian singer had announced earlier that he and Argentinian wife Luisana, a professional model and actress, are turning their backs on their respective careers to focus on their three-year-old son's cancer treatment.

Noah is undergoing treatment in the US and is said to have 90 percent chance of success. Distraught Dad Michael Bublé was in the thick of tours and television appearances when his eldest son was diagnosed. He has just released a new album, "Nobody But Me," in October.

He was also slated to perform at the BBC Music Awards on December 12, but distraught Dad Michael Bublé opted to cancel. The 41-year-old crooner likewise announced he will not be appearing in the Juno Awards in April, reports said.

Record producer and songwriter David Foster, who also happens to be a close family friend, was interviewed by Channel 24. He said Michael and Luisana are in a "huge bubble as they care for their child right now."

The article quoted Foster as saying: "He will not sing again until his child is well, I'm certain of it. Right now he's in a huge bubble, as you would expect. When this happens, everything shuts down around you. You go inside your little bubble and I don't think he's looking at social media. I'm sure he feels the love from millions of people."

Little Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer in Los Angeles, California, after he and his Mom flew there for a second opinion. The little boy had been sick with fever for days and was initially thought to have mumps or a throat infection. Distraught Dad Michael Bublé convinced his wife and his sister-in-law to go to Los Angeles for a second opinion. A battery of tests were done, and after a liver biopsy, it was confirmed that Noah had liver cancer.
