Former "Dance Moms" alum Chloe Lukasiak and Maddie Ziegler recently competed for the nomination as the Choice Dancer at the recently concluded 2016 Teen Choice Awards. Ziegler went home with the award, but many fans believe that the results were rigged. How did Lukasiak respond after losing?

It looks like Maddie Ziegler and Chloe Lukasiak will always go head-to-head against each other despite the fact that they both left "Dance Moms" in Season 6 and 4, respectively. In the recently concluded 2016 TCA, both stars were nominated for the same category - #ChoiceDancer.

Many fans of Lukasiak were confident that the former "Dance Moms" star would win the award because she was the first dancer to ever win the same title in 2015. However, Lukasiak's fans were surprised when they announced that the #ChoiceDancer for the 2016 TCA was Ziegler.

According to International Business Times, many fans of Lukasiak thought that the 2016 TCA result was rigged. Several fans noted that Lukasiak was still trending on Twitter even after the Teen Choice Awards 2016 has ended.

Chloe and her mom appear to share the same sentiments as the "Dance Moms" star's fans, as seen in their likes on Twitter. Lukasiak also thanked her fans for their support and she also responded to congratulatory messages from other publications such as In Touch and Life & Style.

Ziegler's fans, on the other hand, believe that the 2016 TCA results were in no way rigged. Ziegler's fans noted that the "Dance Moms" star has a huge fanbase and has been one of the lead dancers in the Lifetime reality series.

People also reported on the release of Ziegler's memoir book series even at an early age of 13. Fans believe that her new book series, as well as her countless appearances in movies and TV shows, is enough proof that Maddie Ziegler deserved the award over Chloe Lukasiak.
