Jamie Lynn and Britney Spears Quarantining Together

Jamie Lynn Spears is quarantining with her sister Britney Spears during the coronavirus pandemic.

On Tuesday, the 29-year-old actress shared with ET exclusively via Zoom how she and her sister are spending their time quarantining. Britney is living with his two sons, Sean, 14, and Jayden, 13 in Los Angeles but flew to Louisiana to be with Jamie and the rest of the family temporarily.

According to Jamie, Britney said that she does not want to come home because she does not want to be by herself (in LA). Jamie said that she came to them for almost two weeks and was there with them to celebrate Jamie and her daughter's birthday. She added that after that two weeks, Britney went home because her children, all her stuff, and her home are in Los Angeles. Jamie Lynn has two daughters, Maddie, 11, and Ivey, 2. The actress said that the singer went back and initially had the intention of just staying for one week but extended to two weeks due to the stay-at-home orders. Their family is abiding by the rules. Even though they are driving each other insane, Jamie feels that their family been blessed too. She said that she feels fortunate because although they get mad with each other over the things that do not usually anger them, at the end of the day, she knows that they have each other's back.

Jamie Lynn Spears' Comeback

Jamie is getting ready for her return to the show business. On May 19, on Netflix, she will star as a pregnant woman named Noreen Fitzgibbons in "Sweet Magnolias" with stars Chris Klein, JoAnna Garcia Swisher, and Brooke Elliott. She said that during the shoot, she found her maternal instincts coming out from her naturally.

She also said that the fun part about acting is that you get to pull out something from your life, and in her case, it is her being a mom. Adding to that, she said that she fell in love with the character because she felt like she had been her (Noreen) in many ways. The character's role is a young girl who is not making all the best choices. What Jamie finds amusing with the series is that it shows all the sides of the characters, and that is what is important because you get to know each story's background. She added by saying that she did not have the most typical childhood while growing up, which makes her connect with her character in the show. In many ways, Noreen is hard to understand, but you will love her once you get to see the real her.

Jamie Lynn Spears' "No Candle" Rule

After the news broke that Britney Spears accidentally burned down her home gym, Jamie now has a "no candle" rule in her home. She joked that even if the event happened a long time ago, she decided to light no candles in her home because she is just not good with them. It is also to prevent fire from breaking out, she added.
