Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello Dating: New Couple Confirmed, Singers Are Reportedly An Item [Details Here]

Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello is reportedly singing beautiful music together with Shawn Mendes. According to a source who told E! Online, the two have good been friends for a while, as they were part of music tours together. Shawn and Camila were often seen laughing together, thus, the relationship developed from there.

Only recently, the two were at the iHeart Radio Music Festival in Las Vegas, and the 17-year-old Mendez was spotted having fun photobombing the 18-year-old Cuban-American at the red carpet. According to Hollywood Life, Camila's girl group wasn't even performing at the event, but Shawn was one of the performers. Did she attend to support her rumored boyfriend?

Camila also posted a cozy photo of them from backstage through her Instagram account.

"We actually hate each other in real life. We can't stand each other," said Camila, when interviewed by the press on the red carpet, according to E!. This elicited laughter from the two, and Camila joked that Shawn was actually jealous of her previous relationship with Austin Mahone. "Yeah he was so jealous and he couldn't come out on stage because he was just seething rage and crying blood."

Dating rumors between the two started last July when Shawn and Camila openly flirted with each other on Twitter, according to Just Jared. Then a few days later, Shawn once again said that he will need to learn Spanish, Camila's mother tongue.

Shawn Mendes, a Canadian native, started his singing career by posting song covers and videos on Vine. He was signed to a record label the following year and released the song "Life of the Party," which became a Platinum hit, according to Island Records.

Camila Cabello auditioned as a solo act on the singing contest "The X Factor" and made it to bootcamp. She was devastated when she was cut, but was later asked to return to be part of the girl group Fifth Harmony.
