The couple first shared the news that they were expecting a baby back in October of last year when John revealed he would be a dad on Instagram. Just last month, the couple announced that they were expecting a baby boy, much to the delight of their fans. John revealed the news by posting a trio of photos on his social media account.

John is thankful that his work is flexible as that enabled him to join his fiancée at most of her ultrasound appointments. John said that just like Blippi, he asked plenty of questions regarding the baby that made the doctors laugh so much.

John has been busy, though, the past month as he had been filming so many Blippi episodes to make sure there are plenty in reserve ahead of the scheduled March 4 due date. According to Ingham, her fiancée filmed three week-long trips before taking time off for his paternity leave. Ingham wanted John to be close to their home in Washington when she was near her due date just in case there was preterm labor or something happened with the baby.
