Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Divorce Update: Garner NOT Pregnant; Couple Still Pursuing Split

The "Daredevil" then-couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner has been making headlines after they announced their divorce. Affleck was linked to their ex-nanny Christine Ouzounian which was later denied by his camp. Then there were reports claiming that the couple is getting back together while some claim that it's not true.

New reports involving the controversial couple suggest that Garner is pregnant. In an earlier report from Parent Herald, there were speculations that Garner discovered that their fourth child is on the way.

A source claimed that the actress was in Atlanta when she found out that she was "in the early stages of pregnancy." The same source added, "Jen was shocked when she found out about the pregnancy."

A new report from OK! Magazine claims that the "Alias" actress is indeed pregnant. In fact, the couple is now having second thoughts about their split with Garner's pregnancy. The report suggests that the "Batman V Superman" star married Garner when they found out she was pregnant with their first child, but could their fourth child hold their marriage?

"Ben and Jen have been spending a lot of time together, and they've decided to keep working on their relationship," an insider told the publication. "They want to see where the process takes them."

The same source revealed that Jen and Ben were together for dinner at Nobu in Malibu on Sept.  21 and it seems that things were going well between the ex-lovers. The couple reportedly "talked and laughed for hours." In fact, they opted to spend the night together.

"After Ben helped Jen put the kids to bed, one thing led to another... and he ended up staying the night," said the source.

The same source disclosed that Jen and Ben's relationship is improving, thanks to the therapy, which "has been a revelation for them" and their marriage. "It's connected them, emotionally, in a way neither of them could have predicted," the source said.

Yes, many are hoping that Jen and Ben will finally settle the matter involving their marriage, and if possible will still keep their family intact. However, while the previous reports may seem pleasant to read and hear, GossipCop claims that they are not true.

Garner's rep confirmed to the publication that she is not pregnant nor is there any romantic reconciliation between the "Gone Girl" actor. Similarly, a source close to the actor said the same thing: the couple is "not getting back together."

According to the report, Affleck and Garner are just maintaining their friendship out of mutual respect and for the sake of their three children: Violet, 9; Seraphina, 6; and Samuel, 3.
