Tom Cruise A No-Show At Daughter's Secret Wedding, Isabella Marries Non-Scientologist

Hollywood a-lister Tom Cruise has reportedly missed a major milestone in his daughter's life. Reports have surfaced that the "Mission: Impossible" star was not present at his daughter Isabella's wedding which took place in London in September.

Woman's Day reports that Isabella Cruise had a secret wedding and married Max Parker, a British IT consultant on September 18 at The Dorchester in London.

The wedding was described to be intimate and was comprised of only a small group of family and close friends. However, it was noted that the bride's adoptive father Tom Cruise, were not part of the celebration nor was her brother Conner Cruise.

Her celebrity mom, 48-year-old Nicole Kidman was said to be present at the occasion but per Radar Online, no photos have been seen which include the " Paddington" actress. Nicole is said to be "overjoyed" over her daughter's wedded bliss. The cover of Ok! Magazine's new issue features an insert of Isabella with her bridesmaids.

The 22-year-old Isabella, who currently works as a hairdresser in the UK, began dating her new husband earlier this year, reports the Daily Mail. Isabella remains a member of the Church of Scientology and attends service regularly but the groom is reported to be of a different faith and has never met his now father-in-law.

Both Connor and Isabella have remained members of the Church, which has reportedly been a cause of conflict between the children and their mother, Nicole.

In a recent interview with https://dujour.com/style/nicole-kidman-interview-omega-ladymatic/">DuJour Magazine, Kidman says that she is in constant communication with her children. "I have four children, so to stay in touch with them is very important."

She adds that she is "definitely engaged in [the Internet and technology] but I don't let it rule my life. My husband and I never text each other. We never do. Once in a blue moon, we'll text. But mainly we say, 'I want to hear your voice'."

Nicole and Tom adopted Isabella in 1992 but the marriage was short-lived and ended in divorce in 2001. Kidman has remarried and is with country singer Keith Urban while Tom was previously married to Katie Holmes but has since been divorced.

No reason has been provided as to why Tom missed out on his daughter's special day.
