Attention Upper-Eastsiders, here's one secret our Gossip Girl is so ready to tell - Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are officially pregnant.

A fourth child is on the way for Lively and Reynolds, adding to their family of five with daughters James, 7, Inez, 5, and Betty, 3, ENews reported.

The Hollywood star and fashion icon shocked the public when she debuted her baby bump yesterday during her appearance at the 10th Forbes Power Women's Summit.

Lively, an image of woman power, walked the red carpet in a sequined long-sleeved mini dress and posed with her baby bump on display. This is the first time the actress revealed her fourth pregnancy excitedly saying, "I just like to create. Whether that's baking or storytelling or businesses or humans, I just really like creating."

Ryan Reynolds on sabbatical for kids

To date, there is still no comment or statement from the couple regarding the newest addition to their family.

Back in December last year, it can be recalled that the 45-year-old Deadpool actor took a break from acting to spend time with their kids. In an interview with LinkedIn News Senior Editor at Large Jessi Hempel, Reynolds declared that the biggest thing for him right now is not wanting to miss this growing time with his kids.

According to People, the actor also stated that as their children are getting older, their lifestyle has become challenging, and yet he is totally enjoying being a "present dad."

He continued to share that he loves taking his children to school in the morning and picking them up after.

The children are having a normal schedule now that they are in school already, and this is what they aim for as parents, for their children to "live life as a normal human." Reynolds believes that this is essential for their development. Thus, this is also the reason why the couple has decided to keep their daughters away from the public eye.

'Find me a better friend...'

While both continue to champion in the parenting game, Lively and Reynolds also continue to ace in the romance section.

After more than ten years of being together, boyfriend and girlfriend in 2010 and married in 2012, the public has seen how much they have fallen more in love with each other.

Asked about the secret to their marriage, Reynolds expressed that they have liked each other as friends, and now that they are married, they like each other even more so. In other interviews, the two have always been proud of the friendship that they have built before coming together as husband and wife and even after.

In an after a day Valentine's post, Lively took to Instagram a photo of them laughing together with the caption, "Find me a better friend. I'll wait..."

Reynolds, on the other hand, greeted her wife on the same media on her birthday with the sweetest message. The actor described his wife as "spectacular," - too spectacular that he does not know anymore if she were born or invented.
