Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Divorce Update: Ex-Couple is Selling Their Marital Home for $45M [Photos]

After their much-publicized divorce, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner is unloading their marital home in Pacific Palisades for an asking price of $45 million, Variety reports. 

Purchased by Garner and Affleck in March 2009 from the previous owner, producer Brian Grazer, the compound sits on a three-acre land that allows privacy with its "long, gated, tree-lined paparazzi proof driveway." The ranch-themed main residence was built in the 1930s and designed by famous architect Cliff May. The 8,800-square-foot single-level home originally features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, but the ex-couple has made some renovations over the years to suit their family and lifestyle.

Apart from the multi-winged main house, the estate also has a secondary house that doubles as the business and fitness area of the family. It has an office, an art studio, a gym for staying in shape and two bathrooms. Future owners will also have enough space to host guests while still maintaining their privacy with a two-bedroom, two-bathroom subterranean guest house. Visitors can relax and have a drink in its entertainment lounge or watch a film in its screening room fitted with state-of-the-art technology.

Outdoors, the three-acre compound's amenities cater to the whole family. Kids can test their dunking skills at the half-court basketball court or throw a ball at the soccer-pitch-sized lawn. Adults can also take a dip in the swimming pool with an open-air cabana or enjoy the scenic view of Sullivan Canyon while in the piazza-sized terrace.

Even though things have been sailing smoothly between the two former couple, a recent report from Parent Herald reveals that Christine Ouzounian is not happy on what has been going on. According to OK! Magazine, the ex-nanny, who was the cause of the split, was hurt after Affleck called it quits, pushing her to reveal everything about the affair.

"Christine is very upset and says Ben should be worried. In her mind, this is far from over," said the insider hinting that the controversial nanny might be working on a tell-all report or interview, or some sort with her romance with Ben," said a source close to Ouzounian.

The source further adds that the Affleck is afraid because the ex-nanny might use their conversations against him, or may have even recorded some of them.

According to another insider, Ouzonian is also planning to sue the ex-couple for booting her out.
