Mean Girls' Lindsay Lohan Expecting Baby With Husband Bader Shammas

Lindsay Lohan revealed she is expecting her first child with her spouse Bader Shammas.

The 36-year-old actress, who has had a tumultuous career and personal life, shared the news on her Instagram page.

The announcement surprised many, as Lohan had not previously hinted at any plans to start a family. However, the star seemed overjoyed to share the news with her fans and followers.

According to People, the actress added that their pregnancy and the birth of their first child would mark a new beginning to the next chapter of their lives that they are so excited to live.

Lohan's husband, Bader Shammas, is a Dubai-based banker. The couple got engaged on November 11, 2021.

She announced this engagement on her Instagram page, sharing a series of candid selfies of the couple and flashing her new diamond ring.

The engagement also marked the couple's debut on social media. Many people were shocked about this as the actress had chosen this time to keep her relationship with her husband private.

However, fans and friends in the industry were still very supportive and happy about the official announcement that Lohan shared.

Seven months later, on her 36th birthday, Lohan revealed that she and Shammas had married.

She made the announcement again on Instagram, sharing a photo of them smiling, and captioned that she is the luckiest woman in the world.

In a not-so-recent conversation with Mean Girls co-star Amanda Seyfried, Lohan has hinted and opened up about her curiosity and interest in becoming a mother.

She stated that there was a desire in her to start a family and that she was looking forward to having children during her acting resurgence.

The actress has always dreamt about being married and having children. However, she added that she fully knows those dreams are big steps in life.

Furthermore, as reported by Bustle, Lindsay's father, Michael Lohan, has expressed his excitement about his daughter's pregnancy in a recent interview with Audacy's 1010 WINS radio show.

He stated that he couldn't be happier for Lindsay and Bader and believes they will make amazing parents.

Michael also noted that Lindsay had always had a maternal side, citing her interactions with his children and her own siblings when she was younger.

Lindsay and Samantha had an on-again, off-again relationship but ended things for good in 2009.
