Zayn Malik, Perrie Edwards Reunited? Former 1D Texting Ex That He 'Misses and Still Loves Her' [Rumors]

After breaking off with his fiancé Perrie Edwards, Zayn Malik is allegedly wishing to be reunited with the Little Mix star by sending messages to her.

"Zayn has started messaging Perrie again saying he misses and still loves her," said the source, according to OK! Magazine. "Although Perrie is trying to be strong and move on, it's obvious to everyone around her she's still in love with Zayn," the insider added.

Perrie has been busy going on tours with her girl group and it looks like this will be the way their relationship remains for now. Zayn, who is charting a solo career after leaving One Direction last March, has been making music in Los Angeles, according to Inquistr. But the news outlet is also reporting that Zayn is considering moving back to the U.K. again.

Concerned friends of Perrie fear that she will get back together with Zayn after everything that has happened, according to Mirror. "Her friends are worried if he begs her to take him back she could crumble," said the source.

The two announced their breakup last August, but it was Zayn who apparently ended their relationship  via text, according to People. Perrie was left devastated by the end of her engagement but she has friends to give her support. The two were engaged in 2013.

Since then, they have been linked to different people, with Zayn often seen in the company of  Carlyn Bryan in Los Angeles. However, they are not exclusive, according to Hollywood Life.  "He's not ready to settle down with anyone, and despite posting a photo that appeared to show them as a happy couple, Zayn's still been seeing other girls too," a source told the news outlet. The source also said that what Zayn wants right now is just "to have fun."

On the other hand, Perrie is reportedly dating Joey Essex of Capri Sun after meeting each other at the Pride of Britain Awards where they allegedly "hit it off" according to Sugar Scape. "We exchanged numbers, then we met up a few times," said Essex in the report.

"She's just come out of a really serious relationship and I've had serious relationships in the past. She just needs to go out and have fun," he added. Essex also seemed to suggest that he and Perrie kissed, but the latter has not been confirming nor denying anything.
