Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Divorce: Scott Foley's Wife Bans Actor From Contacting Jen, 'He Will Never, Ever' Reach Out To His Ex-Wife [Rumors]

For the second time, the "Alias" star Jennifer Garner has to go through divorce again. While some exes prove to be a great support for these tough times, Garner can't expect any emotional support from her first ex-husband Scott Foley. Wonder why?

According to Realty Today, there are reports claiming that Foley is banned from contacting Garner after she ended her 10-year marriage with the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" star Ben Affleck. Multiple gossip sites claim that the "Scandal" actor is forbidden to reach out to Garner to extend emotional support because doing so is violating the rules of his marriage with his new wife, Marika Dominczyk.

Thus, while the "Elektra" star is struggling with her divorce, contacting Foley is next to impossible. Scott and Marika are enjoying a happy and peaceful marriage and the couple agreed that none of them would ever contact their exes, Radar Online reports.

"Scott and Marika have a very happy home relationship, and he's said from the get-go that he will never, ever make contact with any of his exes, least of all his ex-wife," an insider told the publication.

When the insider was asked if Foley is sorry for Garner's second failed marriage, "probably" admits the insider. "But there's no relationship, friendly or otherwise, between Scott and Jennifer now—and Marika would leave him in a heartbeat if he tried to change that, because to her it would be totally inappropriate."                                                                 

Jen and Scott met at the set of "Felicity" in 1998. After two years, they brought their relationship to a higher level by tying the knot on Oct. 19, 2000, but they parted ways after three years. Their divorce was finalized in 2003 and the divorced couple cited irreconcilable differences for their failed marriage.

Jen has nothing bad to say about Scott after their split, "He's a really good guy, and we just imploded ... Oh, he's a great guy. We were full-on grown-ups, but looking back I'm aware we did not know what hit us," she said.

On the other hand, Scott said nobody was involved in their breakup, but blames stardom on their bitter ending, PEOPLE has learned. When Scott and Jen were in a romantic relationship, Jen was a rising star and she became even more popular when they married, which Scott recognized.

Meanwhile, in an earlier report from Parent Herald, Affleck's mom is helping the actor return to his perfect health after the split. The "Gone Girl" star is also emotional with the divorce issues with Garner.
