Is Beyoncé Pregnant? Singer Cancels Concert, Further Fueling Baby Bump Rumors

Although rumors have been circulating that superstar mama Beyoncé is pregnant with her second child, People magazine confirmed the news that she is not yet pregnant.

The rumors were stirred up once again after the pop star recently canceled her concert in Belgium that is part of her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, blaming it on "exhaustion and dehydration," according to TMZ.

Although TMZ "smells BS," a source told People magazine that "Beyoncé and [husband Jay-Z] are planning for another baby after her tour is over and things calm down just a bit."

Still, TMZ maintains that "dehydration and exhaustion" are common entertainment industry terms for "what you tell the media when you don't want to tell the truth."

Beyoncé's rep told TMZ that the singer is "awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision," presumably based on whether or not she can continue on with her tour for now.  

Rumors began that the superstar mama was pregnant when fans noticed what appeared to be a baby bump while she was performing onstage, and most recently, sources told The New York Post that the diva wore a fiery black and red Givenchy gown that that was reportedly designed to conceal her growing stomach. 

Beyoncé told ABC News in a recent interview that she and husband Jay-Z would love to have another sibling for their daughter, Blue Ivy, as they think Blue "needs some company," and she herself loves being a big sister to Solange Knowles. When asked when she planned on having another child, the singer remained tight-lipped, giving the vague answer that it would happen "at some point, when it's supposed to happen."

Beyoncé's pregnancy with Blue Ivy was kept hush hush from the press until the last minute, when the singer finally revealed her unmistakable baby bump to a crowd at the MTV Video Music Awards in August 2011 in a shocking revelation. For this reason, many are speculating that she and Jay-Z are also denying rumors once again.
