Josh Duggar, Anna Duggar Divorce: Jim Bob Offers Anna A Fancy House To Get Mom To 'Abandon Any Idea Of Leaving Josh'

It seems that Jim Bob Duggar, the patriarch of the controversy-plagued reality star family, has another ploy to keep their big family intact. Hollywood Life, citing a report from In Touch Weekly, says that Jim Bob is luring Anna Duggar with a sprawling brick mansion only if she decides to not divorce Josh Duggar. Will a mansion save the Duggar's name from more disgrace?

It's been a hard year for the Duggar family, especially for Anna, after her husband Josh Duggar's affairs and scandals have been revealed to the public. It all started earlier this year when reports surfaced that Josh sexually molested young girls, including his sisters Jill and Jessa Duggar. However, the controversies did not stop there. When the cheating website Ashley Madison was hacked, Gawker got a hold of the leaked data and discovered that Josh had two Ashley Madison accounts, which he used to hire sexual services, spending almost $1,000.

Josh is currently staying in rehab for his porn addiction while Anna and her four kids are reportedly staying in his parents home in Florida. In Touch Weekly, via Hollywood Life, claims that Jim Bob is offering Anna to live a luxurious life in his purchased brick mansion. The said house stands on two acres of land with 3,800 square feet of living space. The mansion is also conveniently located in Arkansas, just an eight-minute walk to the Duggar compound.

A source of In Touch Weekly said, as quoted by Inquistr, said, “Offering Anna the home is just a ploy to get her to abandon any idea of leaving Josh. She’ll be going from sleeping in a closet to living in a mansion. Also, it’s so close to the main Duggar compound that she can always call on the family for help whenever she needs it.”

The source further says that the alleged offer of Jim Bob to Anna doesn't sit well with the other members of the Duggar family, who are also interested in living in the said property. “Some of Josh’s siblings have voiced their hopes that they could live in the home. Nobody has directly challenged Jim Bob’s plan to have Anna move in, but you can feel some of the other kids want it for themselves," said the source.
