Will Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner ever reconcile? The chances are high that the estranged couple will be living their separate lives with a new romance if one considers the new reports coming out.

When Garner and Affleck announced their amicable split, the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" star was romantically linked to their ex-nanny Christine Ouzounian. Moreover, his ex-flame Jennifer Lopez came into the picture again.

In an earlier report from Parent Herald, a steamy home video of the ex-couple leaked. Also, a source disclosed that the "Gone Girl" actor and the "Love Don't Cost A Thing" singer are talking to each other again.

"Ben and JLo have been talking and texting since he split with Jennifer. Ben never felt he was allowed to maintain a relationship with her as it would only make Jennifer jealous and angry," an insider told Hollywood Life.

While reports associate Affleck with another woman, it seems that Garner has a budding romance as well. The "Miracle from Heavens" star was spotted with her kids and a mystery hunk man over the Halloween weekend. See the photos at Radar Online.

From the look of it, it seems that Garner's children have known the man already.  However, at the time, the identity of the man remains a mystery. He was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans as he assisted Jen's daughter Seraphina, 6, tried to pedal her bike, CelebDirtyLaundry reports.

The Affleck-Garner split was a tough ordeal for the ex-couple. However, Garner remains strong for her children. She was never seen with any man until last weekend. According to the report, Ben was never spotted in the area. He was too busy with work that he stayed on the set of "Live By Night."

Garner took the parenting duties on her own. Earlier that day she dropped the kids off at school with Seraphina in a duck costume and Samuel in a bush get-up. Later that night, Garner and the kids were out with the mystery man.

As for Garner and Affleck's relationship, it seems that they are making a big progress in maintaining a friendly atmosphere for their family. In fact, Garner chose to believe that there were no infidelity issues between her and Affleck prior to their divorce.

"Jen has chosen to believe her husband didn't cheat on her," a source told Star Magazine via The Hollywood Gossip. "That meant a lot to Ben. And although he still swears nothing ever happened with Christine, he accepts his part in allowing the rumors to start. That's why she decided to forgive Ben -- and give their marriage another chance."
