Anna's weight loss shocked many fans. Her face was noticeably thinner and she looks great. However, many are concerned at how the extra pounds melt away. Is it because of stress? Did Josh's cheating scandal have its toll on his wife's health?

According to Fashion&Style, the only public appearances Anna made after Josh's scandal broke were at Amy Duggar-King's wedding and on Jessa's birthday party.

However, Amy took a selfie with Anna, where Josh's cousin dared the followers not to say anything bad against the mother of four. "Any negative comments will be deleted, just try me. She's beautiful! " she wrote.

Realty Today reported that thousands of fans commented positively on Anna's weight loss. One user named @jenna_m_sample wrote, "She is very beautiful for having 4 kids and u look beautiful too miss u Anna." Many believed that Anna's extra pounds shed away because of family issues, in particular, her husband's infidelity scandal. One user @shara_81 wrote words of encouragement for her "I've been there before and I was pregnant when it all happened. That was 7 years ago and we are now marriage counselors, and have saved MANY marriages with our own pain and heartache."

Others think it as due to stress. MNR reported that one posted a message in the comment section stating Anna must be losing weight for having to deal with Josh's scandals. The message ended with well-wishes for the mom-of-four, hoping that she will divorce her husband the soonest.

However, some other fans were positive that Anna is just fine and there are no issues with her weight loss. In fact, one fan wrote: "Anna looks a lot healthier and happier than she has seemed in the past few years! I'm so glad she's doing well." Another user commented: "Anna has been looking especially gorgeous lately. She glows. Inside and out."

On a separate note, Parent Herald previously reported that Josh begged Anna to keep their marriage, telling her that he is a changed man. "He's terrified of losing her and is hoping that his parents can convince her not to leave him," revealed the insider.

The Duggar patriarch is also desperate to keep his eldest son's marriage by offering his daughter-in-law with a fancy house. However, this time Anna is determined to take her ground. She is considering on declining the offer.
