Kim Kardashian Due Date: Reality Star Finds Out the Sex Of Her Baby, Kanye West Absent (VIDEO)

In a preview for an upcoming episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", Kim Kardashian is shown about to find out the sex of her baby at a doctor's appointment, but her boyfriend Kanye West isn't present in the clip, according to the Daily Mail.

Instead, Kardashian is accompanied by her mother Kris Jenner and two sisters, Kourtney and Khloe.

In the clip, "a heavily madeup" Kim lies on her back in the doctor's office, her top pulled up to expose her belly as the family doctor, Dr. Paul Crane, proceeds with the ultrasound that will determine her baby's sex. 

"Once I knew the sex [of my baby], that is when I got so excited," Kourtney said to Kim in the clip. She's shown sitting on her sister Khloe's lap, both sisters cuddling affectionately in anticipation of the big news. 

When the doctor snaps the lights off and puts on the ultrasound, he points out the baby's hand, femur bone, and thigh bone to the expecting mama. 

"Look at that!" Jenner said. "Look at the little ankle!," while Kim's sisters coo in the background over the baby.

"We're gonna have to look around for the sex," the doctor said before the clip comes to a suspenseful end. Kim didn't show much emotion in the doctor's, especially compared to her mother and sisters. 

It's widely rumored that Kim is having a girl, despite the fact that she and boyfriend West want to keep the sex of the baby a secret.

West was not present at the doctor's appointment in the clip, though according to the Daily Mail, his absence at the appointment does come after he made it clear to Kim that he did not want to appear on the reality show. Kim makes no mention of him in the clip, at least in the 17 seconds we're shown. 

Kim is due to give birth in July, just a month after West releases his upcoming studio album. It's rumored that she will be joining her boyfriend on his tour, along with their newborn.

The couple is not often seen out together as Kim has told the media that she and her boyfriend live "different lives," each kept busy with their own projects.
