Kate Middleton News: Duchess of Cambridge to Launch Her Own Food Business Venture

Despite being a member of the British royal family, a mom of two and loving wife to husband Prince William, Kate Middleton is not stopping there. The Duchess of Cambridge is rumored to launch her own business.

The venture, per a report from Celebrity Auction, is an organic food line that is speculated to be called "Anmer Organics."

According to Marie Claire, The food company will release products that are perfect to the needs of the whole family, from baby food to kits where you can grow your own vegetables.

Kate got the business idea as she has been feeding her two kids, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, food organically grown from her garden at Anmer Hall in the royal couple's Norfolk estate. Using the homegrown produce, Duchess Kate apparently prepares different healthy treats for the royal babies such as puréed fruit, vegetables and smoothies.

This news also corroborates with a previous rumor from Celeb Dirty Laundry that Kate's sister, Pippa Middleton, is broke and Kate will save her by giving her a job in her business venture. As it turns out, Pippa is suited for the job because earlier this year, she studied a food nutritionist course in New York. Marie Claire even noted that in preparation for the organic food line, Pippa has created some healthy recipes for Charlotte and George.

A source from Daily Mail also confirms the probability of Duchess Kate's business venture pushing through.

"It's a concept for now but it will happen -- just give it 18 months or so. And it's natural that it should do so. One day Prince William will want to have a profitable business attached to his estate to generate funds -- both charitable and otherwise -- just like his father does," says the insider.

The report notes that this is not the first time that a member of the British royal family will have a food line. Prince Charles also has Duchy Originals, a food brand that releases almost 200 food products from bacon, jam, ciders to beer, which are sold in various Waitrose supermarkets. The proceeds of the business go to the royal family's charitable activities.

The insider tells Daily Mail, "It's also important for William to promote his home, Norfolk, in the same way that Charles promotes Cornwall with the Duchy range. You can just imagine the labelling -- 'home-grown organic produce from Norfolk, home of Prince William.'"
