'Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice' Trailer & Cast: Doomsday Not The Ultimate Villain, Film Has Even 'Larger Threat'

With the "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" nearing its showing date on March 25, 2016, fans are expressing mixed emotions on the way DC is showing more than enough information about the film, which may make it more predictable. Several fans were not happy about the latest movie trailer released last week, which revealed the Doomsday.

There are already speculations that the movie will be a cliffhanger, in which Superman will die making way to his comeback to the "Justice League," according to a report by Realty Today. The news outlet stated that there are implications in the trailer that suggests the ending of the film, one of which is the revelation of Doomsday.

Rumor has it that Superman may sacrifice his own self during a battle with Doomsday to save the world. He will become a hero of the people in the film and, in the process, will put the 'Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" into a cliffhanger.

"We are able to tell a story in a fresh way," "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" production designer Patrick Tatopoulos said. "Doomsday is an evolution essentially. Fans may be aware of 'The Death of Superman' story, but this is handled in such a new way."

Meanwhile, Yahoo Movies shared that film designer Tatopoulos promised that the entire movie was not revealed through the trailer and that there are twists to look out for. He also stated that Doomsday "isn't just the final act." He added that the deadly monster is just the tip of the iceberg and fans should expect something bigger and more dangerous come opening day of the movie, "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." There are speculations that what Tatopoulos meant was Darkseid. However, the production designer did not confirm the report.

Although much have already been shown on the promotional trailers, fans are still hungry for new footage of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice", which will feature Ben Affleck as the "Man of Gotham," Batman and Henry Cavill as the "Man of Steel," Superman. Jesse Eisenberg will also play the character of Lex Luthor, while the beautiful Gal Gadot will star as Wonder Woman.
