Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Cordial For The Kids Only, Don't Spend Time Alone

It came as a huge surprise when Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner decided to end their 10-year relationship earlier this year; is was one of 2015's biggest celebrity splits. They were recently seen spending time together during the holidays, but sources claim that they are only doing it for their kids.

An article on the Daily Mail claims that the ex-couple spent their holiday together with their children at their favorite vacation spot, Yellowstone Club in Montana. They opened presents together and tried their best to get along for their children.

According to an article on Us Magazine, the recently split celebrity couple only remain cordial for the sake of their children and in fact, they never spend time alone anymore. It is worth noting that Affleck no longer lives with his family in the main house ever since he moved to a guest cottage they own in their 3-acre, $17.5 million property in Brentwood.

When asked about Affleck and Garner's living arrangements, "The kids are happiest that way, so Ben and Jen are going to continue on this path for now," a source for Us Magazine says. According to the same source, the lives of the couple's children have not changed much. Violet, 10, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, all live considerably the same lives they did when their parents were still together.

Another source tells Us Magazine that Garner does, in fact, keep her ex-husband in the know about the lives of their children. The source also says that Garner frequently invites Affleck to come along during trips with their children.

Garner no longer stresses about Affleck that much and says that 'He can do whatever he wants!' All that she asks of him is to be a good father and role model for their three young children.
