Fans had another reason to celebrate during the recently-concluded Holiday seasons when the second trailer for the newest "Deadpool" movie was released. What shocked the followers of the upcoming film is a character which appears to be Wolverine will be having a cameo role in the movie.

Ending on Christmas Day, fans were treated to "12 Days of Deadpool" with the last spoiler after 20th Century Fox dropped the second trailer for the upcoming movie. The said set of spoilers were created into two versions: the Red Band and SFW version. The former is more "R-Rated" which the movie is expected to be while the latter was designed for children who wants to have a glimpse of the upcoming film.

The trailer featured how Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) became Deadpool. His near-death condition required him to agree to have himself experimented and give himself more chances for survival. Aside from the main character of the "Deadpool" film, other characters were also featured in the sneak peek vide which include Ellie Phimister or Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand) and X-Men's Colossus (Stefan Kapicic).

The inclusion of Colossus have had some fans speculating that other X-Men characters will make an appearance in the upcoming "Deadpool" film. As a matter of fact, Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) has been one of the most-talked about hero that fans would like to see in the movie.

The reports of Jackman's addition to the movie went berserk when the actor himself posted a photo on Twitter prior to the debut of the sophomore trailer. The actor posted a snap of Wolverine with his middle claw and mini Deadpool sporting a Santa Claus hat. "No go @VancityReynolds - the 11th day is #Wolverine's https://t.co/Qx0HAwRj2i #Snikt #12DaysOfDeadpool pic.twitter.com/QEpfU4vyge," he wrote alongside the photo.

Up to this writing, no official word from Marvel, Reynolds nor Jackman has been made available yet. However, despite the very light possibility, fans remain hopeful that Wolverine will be in the "Deadpool" film.

To recall, the creators of "Deadpool" revealed that they used similar visuals to mimic Wolverine's in his previous X-Men origin movies. In fact, Movie Pilot shared that the production promised to make a little parody of the scenes in the "X-Men Origins" which could be the reason why the bathtub scene is closely similar to the previous film.

Aside from Wolverine, it seems like Marrow, a mutant with bone spikes in the back, will also be seen in the movie where she was inside the same laboratory where Wilson was being experimented on. Comic Book reported that she will be joining the same team where Deadpool belongs: the X Force.

Meanwhile, in the newest trailer of "Deadpool," Reynolds showed off his mouthwatering abs after loafing by a fireside holding a rose.  "Oh, hello," Deadpool said in the 30-second teaser. "You're probably thinking, 'My boyfriend said this was a superhero movie.' Well, surprise! This is actually-lucky you-a love story."

Aside from the shirtless Wilson, random footages from the movie were also introduced in the teaser video. Colossus and Copycat (Morena Baccarin) were also seen in the video.
