Josh Duggar, Anna Duggar Divorce: ’19 Kids and Counting’ Star Admits Rough Sexual Encounter With Porn Star; Reality Star Wants Charges To Be Dismissed?

Josh Duggar has been dealing a lot of things since last year after it was found out that he cheated on his wife, Anna Duggar, when hackers of Ashley Madison released personal details of him. The "19 Kids and Counting" star has since decided to check into a rehab facility while cases against him are still on trial.

Earlier this week, Josh has filed a motion to dismiss the charges that adult film actress Danica Dillon filed against him. The reality star admitted to having a sexual encounter with her but he stated that Danica do not have enough evidences to prove that he assaulted her.

Attorney Jeffrey Conrad, lawyer of Josh, shared details in the court documents and said that Danica does not alleged his client the attempted to force her to do the injury. Inquisitr shared that the court document explained in more detail why Josh thinks the lawsuit should be dismissed.

"Assault requires both intent to place the Plaintiff in imminent apprehension of harmful or offensive contract and the Plaintiff's actual imminent apprehension. Plaintiff did not provide anything more than a formulaic recitation of the elements of assault and/or battery," the court document read. "Her labels and conclusions are not adequate, particularly because she states that she consented to physical and sexual contact in exchange for payment."

Aside from that, Josh also denied the claims of Danica that he went to a strip club where she works on the dates their purported meeting happened. Moreover, the 27-year-old father of four stated that he never set foot inside the hotel or strip club mentioned in Danica's complaint.

To recall, Danica filed a $500,000 lawsuit alleging that Josh "assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries" on two separate instances when they met up to have a consensual sex. Us Weekly shared that the mother of two accused the reality star first approached her at a strip club in Philadelphia back in March and paid her $600 for dancing on his lap. She also said she was invited to his hotel room where she claimed he paid her approximately $1,500 to have sex with him.
