Ben Higgins' ex girlfriend, Shaelin Adams has recently spoken up and shared some details about "The Bachelor" 2016, their relationship and what she thinks about Higgins' appearance on the ABC dating show.

Adams told Life & Style, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry, that Higgins was "a great dancer." Aside from this, Higgins' ex described the "Bachelor" as someone who is "always spontaneous and likes adventures and excitement."

While viewers can pretty much attest to Higgins' charming personality on "The Bachelor," Adams admitted that Higgins has his fair share of weaknesses and insecurities.

Adams revealed that Higgins has trust issues, especially after the latter was cheated on by his ex-girlfriend in high school. Adams went on and shared that because of this experience, Higgins is most likely looking for a girl who is genuine and honest.

As to how Higgins will fare during "The Bachelor" final rose ceremony, Adams admitted that she does not think Higgins will end up getting engaged to anyone on the show.

"He may still be testing the waters. He has so many years to be able to put himself out there," she said.

Unfortunately, Adams' prediction may not be true at all, as "The Bachelor" Season 20 spoilers from Reality Steve claim that Higgins will end up getting engaged to Lauren Bushnell.

According to the publication, Higgins will be choosing between Lauren Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher during the final rose ceremony and will ultimately choose Lauren to be his fiancé.

"The Bachelor" Season 20 airs every Monday on ABC.
