Men Like Women Dressed in ‘Classy’ Outfits: Survey

Men prefer decently-dressed women than scantily-dressed ones, a latest survey reveals.

The UK-based poll found that 45 percent men said they liked women elegantly dressed and 31 per cent said they preferred women with revealing dressing styles.

Around 17 percent of the men surveyed said they did not bother what their date wore given, she was attractive. But, most of the men said they would respect a woman more if she dresses elegantly.

The survey also found that 61 percent of men said they usually went out with women to befriend them and 67 per cent said that they would initiate a talk with an attractive woman if they liked her in a bar or club. And 55 percent said they would ask for woman's number who was dressed in a 'classy' manner.

Nearly 38 percent of the men said they disliked revealing clothes on women. 

"We were interested in discovering whether or not men were more likely to approach women who wore a specific style of clothing and whether this impacted their decisions to give out their number. Surprisingly, more men preferred to approach women who were wearing reserved and classy attire rather than a revealing outfit," said George Charles of VoucherCodesPro.co.uk, that conducted the survey.

He also said that men closely watch what women wear.

 "...So perhaps keep this in mind when planning your next party outfit. Tailoring your look before going out and perhaps toning it down will make you feel more comfortable, which is the most important thing," he concluded.
