Ashley Tisdale Engaged to Rocker Musician Christopher French

Actress and singer Ashley Tisdale recently got engaged to Annie Automatic musician Christopher French at the Empire State Building, People magazine reports.

Tisdale, 28, has been together with musician boyfriend, Christopher French for eight months.

French popped the question last night while they were at the VIP area on the 103^rd floor of the Empire State Building.

Tisdale said in an interview that she was not expecting being asked the question this soon into the relationship but it was absolutely romantic and she's over the moon.

The proposal took place amidst a beautiful landscape where the couple enjoyed the perfect panoramic view and most romantic sights of New York City.

"Best night of my life. We're on top of the world," Tisdale tweeted out.

She even tweeted on the night of the said proposal that it's her best night and that they are both on top of the moon.

A day after the proposal, Tisdale was spotted strolling New York City with the engagement ring, according to E! news.

Tisdale is a famous singer and actress who has starred in several movies and television shows including High School Musical where she played the role of Sharpay Evans; Hellcats where she played the role of Savannah Monroe, Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch where she portrayed the role of Sabrina Spellman and a whole lot more.

Christopher French is a rocker musician and is the lead vocalist of the Los Angeles-based band called Annie Automatic.
