Autistic Boy Hate Letter: 'Euthanize him and donate the non-retarded body parts' [VIDEO]

A heartless and disturbing letter written by a disgruntled neighbor targeting a teen boy living with autism is making the rounds online on Tuesday, after leaving his mother shocked over the ordeal.

An anonymous note was sent to 13-year-old Max's grandmother's house in Newcastle, Ontario, on Friday.

The grandmothers says she was shaking after receiving a letter Friday from an anonymous neighbor complaining that the noise Max makes outside is 'DREADFUL!' and that it 'scares the hell out of my normal children!' Mrs Millson shared the whole letter with CityNewsToronto.

Signed, "One p***** off mother," the letter refers to Max as a neighborhood "nuisance," "retarded" and a "dreadful" noise polluter. A photo of the letter was tweeted over the weekend by YouTube stars Lennon and Maisy, who identify themselves as family friends.

"Crying babies, music and even barking dogs are normal sounds in a residential neighborhood! He is not!," wrote the disgruntled neighbor.

The "mother" did not stop there, but went on to say his future is doomed. "Who the hell is going to care for him? No employer will ever hire him, no normal girl is going to marry/love him and you are not going to live forever!"

"Personally, they should take whatever non retarded [sic] body parts he possesses and donate it to science. What the hell else good is he to anyone!!!" the letter reads. "Do the right thing and move or euthanize him!! Either way we are ALL better off!!!"

The Stellas are family friends of Karla Begley, whose autistic son Max is the target of the letter. They initially became aware of the letter after seeing posts about it on Karla's Facebook page.

"Karla was talking about it on Facebook, so we just obviously were upset by it and knew that it needed to be shared," MaryLynne, 39, Stella told FoxNews.com. "And awareness is key to change, and so we thought it would be a good thing to put it up and have people see how disturbing it was."
