'Star Wars: Episode 8' Cast & Release Date: John Boyega Shows Off Workout Routine; Actor To Have A More Physical Role In Sequel

The success of the "Star Wars" franchise is well known across the universe, it has created a major following since the first "Star Wars" movie came out decades ago, and recently the seventh installment of the movie, "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," took the world by storm. Together with the success of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" movie, the stars of the movie are also slowly climbing up the pedestal of stardom, one of this star is John Boyega who plays an ex-Storm Trooper named Finn in the movie.

Boyega recently took on his official twitter account and showed some muscles to his fans hinting at what is to come in the 8^th installment of the science fiction saga "Star Wars." Boyega is surely to reprise his role as it was seen in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" that he played a major role.

In the photo, Boyega is seen to be working on his back. He was quoted saying that, on the next "Star Wars," his role will be more physical than it was on "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." Although on "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" it was the character Rey who is said to be the last Jedi it seems like Boyega will also be donning a lightsaber in the next installment.

In Boyega's Instagram account, he uploaded a picture with his sister seemingly wearing fencing attire; this could mean that in the next "Star Wars" he might just have his own lightsaber. Fans are awaiting more news about "Star Wars Episode 8."

According to news outlets, the "Star Wars Episode 8" production will start next month and each and every one of the cast are preparing for it. The writing and directing of the 8^th "Star Wars" film will be headed by Rian Johnson.

The "Star Wars" studio productions has already released an indefinite date for the movie release, which is on Dec. 15, 2017.
