'Jane The Virgin' Season 2 Release Date, Cast, News, Update & Spoilers: 'CSI: Miami' Actor Adam Rodriguez Says Single Ladies Must Take Note, Baby Mateo and Michael Hold Secrets

Whoever said virgins can't have fun has obviously never seen "Jane The Virgin." A success tv series now running on season 2 "Jane The Virgin," which stars Gina Rodriguez as Jane Villanueva, has cooked up a few cheeky twists in the upcoming episodes. 

Fans have been waiting to see "Jane The Virgin" Season 2 will make good on the promised chemistry between Jane and her English professor Jonathan Chavez, played by "CSI: Miami" actor Adam Rodriguez. Entertainment Weekly reports that Rodriguez would actually be happy if that were the case.  "I think Jane has a lot on her plate, so she'll have to decide what kind of meal she wants to have," Rodriguez said. "I'm happy to be served up."

If this hook up is in the cards for "Jane The Virgin" Season 2, it will not be a smooth start for the pair. "There's a misread signal, and it actually leads to something really funny," Rodriguez previewed. "I think this mixed signal leads to a place where we can get some real answers about where Jane is heading."

Interestingly, Rodriguez believes that single viewers of "Jane The Virgin" Season 2 can borrow a few pages from Jane's book. "The worst thing you can do in that situation is not say anything," Rodriguez pointed out. "Either nothing happens and you never know what the outcome of that would have been or you get your feelings hurt and move on in life and you'll be okay."

"Those are the moments that make you strong and I think Jane has always been a great example of that throughout the show," Rodriguez continued. "She's someone who will confront her feelings head on, no matter how long it might take her to figure it out. For all the girls like her who are maybe dreaming about some guy, well, try to make your dreams a reality,"

Inquisitr reports that based on Futon Critic's synopses, Jane and Jonathan's will not be the only crossed signals in "Jane The Virgin" Season 2. Jane and Xo, or Xiomara "Xo" Gloriana Villanueva played by "Superfast!" actress Andrea Navedo, will mistake Liliana's engagement ring for Xo's ring. Anticipating that Rogelio dela Vega played by Jaime Camil will propose to Xo, the mistake over Liliana's ring was not a difficult one to make. Unknown to most Jane's baby by virgin birth, baby Mateo, had actually swallowed Xo's engagement ring.
