Final Fantasy 9 Surprise Release For Mobile Devices

Final Fantasy 9 is one of the classic game of Final Fantasy series. It was first released on the 7th of July, 2000.

Square Enix mentioned last month that they will introduce FF9 to smartphones and PC. But no announcement was made as to when it will be released until today.

The company just released an FF9 version for smartphones. The game was also released for PS Vita, PS3 and PSP last 2010 through PlayStation Network.

It is an improved edition of the game, Final Fantasy 9. The game has better graphics and some new elements.

The new features will make the fan play the game how they want it to be. Its either they play the game the way how it was played or they can just skip random encounters.

iOS and Android owners can now download the game through Google Play Store and iTunes as per Gamerant. It will cost the players a discounted price of $17 until February 21st.

As you download the game, seeing the details, it has 4GB and it needs more than 8GB to obtain. For Android, Android 4.1 or newer is needed and a supported device while for the iOS release, iOS 7.1 and newer and iPhone, iPad and iPhod Touch according to Gamespot.

Fans are now eager to know when the PC version will be released. But it is already planned that it will be launched in early 2016.

It will be odd if the company will not have a PC version of the game since it is now available for smartphones though it was already announced. There is a possibility that a PS4 version will also be released just like the Final Fantasy 7 HD.

Final Fantasy 9 is worth the time to play since is still one of the better game up until today. Hoping that PC gamers will also enjoy the game soon.
