'Game of Thrones' Season 6 Spoilers, Cast & News Update: Sansa Stark Sophie Turner Warns Fans To Prepare For Shock, Is Maisie Williams Leaving 'GoT?'

"Game of Thrones Season" 6 won't be too many days away and fans are getting ready to be swept back into the action and intrigue that surround the "Game of Thrones" characters. Sophie Turner, who plays leading lady Sansa Stark, however, warns fans and followers that Season 6 of the TV adaptation of George R.R. Martin's "Game of Thrones" will leave viewers quite shaken.

According to Express, Turner says that "Game of Thrones Season 6" by far is going to be the most shocking season for the show. "This season there's like so many shocks, it's massive," Turner revealed. "It's the biggest season yet. And just like in terms of character development, so many people's storylines, I'm excited for. It's going to be good."

Turner described the development of her character Sansa Stark in "Game of Thrones Season 6" after she was last seen escaping from Winterfell through the help of Theron Greyly (Alfie Allen). Sansa had been raped by her villain of a husband Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon). "It's really her coming into her own," Turner said. "She, this season, really commands the respect that she deserves and she grabs hold of it and she runs with it and it's really good."

"Fans are finally getting that storyline that you've been craving for the past five seasons," Turner continued. "It was amazing because the past five seasons, it feels like it's been building up and up to that. "

In the meantime Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark, has other things on her mind besides "Game of Thrones Season 6." The actress, who was once rumored to be the choice for Ellie in a live action film for Naughty Dog's "The Last of Us" video game, does not mind becoming the first female Doctor in Steven Moffat's "Doctor Who."

According to The Evening Standard Williams candidly expressed her interest in the "Doctor Who" role. "Yes it would be cool but right now I'm locked into some other things," Williams said. "I think a female doctor would be incredible."

Williams was also vocal about her prime choice to fill the shoes in "Doctor Who." "I think a black doctor would be incredible," Williams stated further. "I'm all for Idris Elba - but if not I'll take it for the team and do it!"

"Game of Thrones Season 6" will premiere on April 24, 2016.
