NBA 2016 News & Update: Toronto Raptors Interested in Thaddeus Young, Kenneth Faried and Markief Morris

The Toronto Raptors are eyeing three other stars to join their team to beef up their frontline. As revealed by Brian Windhorst of ESPN, the Canadian basketball group wanted Thaddeus Young of Brooklyn Nets, Kenneth Faried of Denver Nuggets and Markieff Morris of Phoenix Suns to be on their side.

According to Latin Post, Young is being a sought-after and some teams are after him. However, it might be difficult for them to have the 27-year-old star as the team based in New York City manager, Mikhail Prokhorov, may not allow freeing his star player.

The next man Raptors opting to have is the 26-year-old power forward. To recall, he was already under negotiation in the offseason, but it looks like that he wanted to stay with Michael Malone.

Hence, Faried become as one of the steady force for Nuggets. Lastly, the team of Dwane Casey is considering the 26-year-old Suns' "four" player.

Morris has been in trade talks for the settlement before the season started. In fact, a lot of dates have been said, which also involves his twin brother Marcus Morris, who is currently with Detroit Pistons, although their deal might alter because of the change of coaches.

Furthermore, having talks with the three emerging stars might be difficult for Raptors as they have an issue regarding salary structure to satisfy their players' needs. Meanwhile, things are starting to heat up with Phoenix Suns as the Wednesday games landed them on failing the eight-game line.

The team of Earl Watson had a hard time against Golden State Warriors as the defending champion swept the Suns, Sun-Times reported. In fact, teammates Morris and Archie Goodwin got a little confrontation, which almost resulted in a fight.

The two were seen arguing over the timeout as Goodwin may have uttered some words that irritated Morris. However, the brawl was quickly stopped, but it was no help for the Suns as they were left behind in the second half.
