"Married at First Sight" Season 3 will air Episode 12 titled "Last Chance at Romance" on Tuesday, Feb. 16 before it finally airs its finale episode titled "Final Decision" on Feb. 23, Vine Report stated.

In the upcoming episode, David Norton and Ashley Doherty will try to make their marriage work for the last time, especially after that controversial fight between the couple.

Vanessa Nelson and Tres Russel will also plan on going to a romantic vacation, but it looks like their plans will be interrupted when something unexpected takes place. Sam Role and Neil Bowlus will also be having a hard time spending time apart, as the former will realize that she already misses her husband.

Meanwhile, "Married at First Sight" Season 3 spoilers from Starcasm noted on the possibility that Sam may have accidentally revealed that she and Neil are still married even after the show has come to an end.

As most fans and viewers know, "MAFS" is aired in advance, which means that recent sightings of the couples in public may hint on the show's finale. In a recent Periscope to her fans, the publication noted that Sam revealed something about her current relationship with Neil.

A fan has reportedly asked Sam if she was with Neil and the former's response was: "No, Neil's not with me. The boys went out and did some stuff."

This may not reveal that Sam and Neil are still together by the end of the show, but it somewhat shows that she and Neil are still in touch with each other even after "MAFS" has come to an end.
