Adele Weight Loss Diet & Fitness Secrets: Find Out How 'Hello' Singer Lost 50 Pounds!

The body transformation of Adele is evidently seen as she loses a lot of weight compared to her first appearance. The "Hello" hitmaker revealed that she already lost 50 pounds in the March 2016 issue of Vogue magazine.

The 27-year-old star flaunted her sexier body and said that she's happier now with the results. She changed her diet, quit smoking, takes drinking in moderation and started to do exercise to get the shape she wanted for her nearing world tour.

"I was trying to get some stamina for my tour so I lost a bit of weight," Adele told Vogue. "Now I fit into normal, off-the-shelf clothes."

The songwriter didn't disclose the exact number of her weight loss but, from her before-and-after photo, it looks like she cut off about 50 pounds. The secret of her body transformation is purely vegetarian diet, Examiner reported.

Adele said that her partner for five years, Simon Konecki, introduced her to do the plant-based nosh in 2013. In fact, she's just one of the many celebrities who chose to be vegetarians and vegans for its weight loss and anti-ageing benefits.

Meanwhile, it has been known that the mother-of-one was naming her albums after her age and she was surprised to know that she's already 25. "I was just shocked that all of a sudden I was 25!" she told Us Magazine.

"But actually, I like myself more than ever. I feel so comfortable in my own skin. I really like how I look, I like who I am, I like everyone that I surround myself with," Adele explained. In the time between "21" and "25," she met the 41-year-old CEO of Drop4Drop and delivered their baby boy, Angelo James Konecki, in Oct. 2012.

"When I met Simon, I knew that something was going to happen," she said. She added that their kid was conceived after her last Vogue magazine came out.
