‘The Originals’ Season 3 News & Updates: Show Renewed for Season 4? Klaus in Danger [Spoilers]

"The Originals" Season 3 Episode 14 titled "A Streetcar Named Desire" will see the Mikaelson brother trapped in a spell. The official synopsis for the upcoming episode revealed that Aya will be trying to kill both Elijah and Klaus using the Strix, Fashion & Style reported.

According to the publication, Klaus and Elijah will find themselves trapped after being lured into a magical spell. Aya will then ask the Strix's coven of witches to kill either Elijah or Klaus. However, it looks like Elijah and Klaus will suffer from mental torture before anything else.

A recently released promo clip for the upcoming episode of "The Originals" also showed that Klaus and Elijah's bodies are frozen, but their minds are still working. The publication noted on the possibility that the Strix will use this to make the brothers hallucinate about seeing their loved ones dead.

Freya, on the other hand, will try to seek for help from Stefan Salvatore, Marcel Gerard and Hayley Marshall-Kenner. Will they be able to rescue Elijah and Klaus in time?

Meanwhile, Enstarz reported on the possibility that "The Originals" Season 3 will be renewed for another season.

Ratings for the latest episode of the CW drama showed a .41 score in the 18-49 demographics with a .62 odds in the renewal/cancel index. This meant that there is a high chance for the show to still live on for Season 4. However, the CW has yet to make an official statement regarding the show's future.
