"I eat a lot of protein and green vegetables and I always take supplements like Omega-3 and a multivitamin which contains a bunch of things from vitamin B12, to antioxidants and zinc," said Adriana Lima via Daily Star.

Not only that, but Adriana is also on a very strict diet. According to Healthy Celeb, Lima only takes a minimal breakfast - usually oatmeal with raisins and egg whites.

As it turns out, Adriana Lima's diet plan revolves around portion control, giving her a less caloric intake as the day goes on. Typically, Adriana also opts for fish, chicken or red meat with vegetables for lunch - more preferably green vegetables.

Raw vegetables like cucumbers and carrots are Adriana Lima's top pick for snacks: they help refresh after a long hard day, and they provide rich nutrients and vitamins for a beautiful body inside and out.

As for dinner, Adriana strictly sticks to eating a salad - light eating at night allows Lima to sleep better and feel refreshed when she wakes up in the morning.

If banishing sugar from your diet is too difficult, you can easily switch up sweets for honey - which Adriana occasionally prepares with Muesli for breakfast. Lima only consumes chocolate when she needs additional energy.
