David and Victoria Beckham Allowing Son Brooklyn Increasing Independence: Is This Bad For Him?

Sixteen-year-old Brooklyn Beckham has been spotted in various parties enjoying with his friends. He is also a well-known personality on social media especially on Instagram. This independence is feared by many as something that will fuel the Beckhams' eldest into doing weird things that teenagers do.

The Sun reported that the teenager seems to be making a name on his own but the question is, is he doing it the right way? It mentioned that Beckham was seen partying all night at the Brits after-party. He sure had a great time with other personalities like Suki Waterhouse, Laura Whitmore and Nick Grimshaw.

He was also reportedly seen cuddling with and kissing High School Musical 3 star Jemma McKenzie Brown. Earlier, The Sun claimed that he posted a photo on his Instagram account showing a chest tattoo. The post has already been deleted from social media.

A source close to David and Victoria Beckham claimed that Brooklyn is behaving like any other teen. However, the public cannot be controlled on how they perceive him.

"You can't blame Brooklyn, any 16-year-old would love to have his lifestyle," the source said. "The problem is that once you are in the public eye you can't control it.Your private life stops being private. It's up to his parents to step in and stop him putting himself in a vulnerable position."

A similar Mirror report noted despite all these issues haunting the teenager, he remains a dedicated student. It noted that Brooklyn has planned to pursue photography after his studies.

"I want to become a photographer now and I've been doing as much of it as I can on weekends," the 16-year-old mentioned in the same report. "My mum and dad want me to stay on at school for the next two years until I've done my A levels but then I'm going to study photography full time."
