Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Divorce: 'Alias' Star Finds Similarities In Split With 'BvS' Actor To Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston Divorce

"Alias" star Jennifer Garner and estranged husband "Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice" actor Ben Affleck maybe be on good terms with each other. However, like Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston before them, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are not getting back together.

According to Gossip Cop, despite the Valentine weekend that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner spent together with their children Seraphina and Sam in Big Sky, Montana the marriage is still broken up. While earlier reports did say that a few months after their estrangement Jennifer Garner expressed willingness to give her marriage to Ben Affleck a second chance, reconciliation between Affleck and Garner have yet to happen.

Pop Sugar reports that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner recently returned to Big Sky with NFL quarterback Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bündchen. While those rooting for a Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner reconciliation may have seen this as a hopeful sign, the short holiday was simply a holiday among four friends.

E! News reports that Jennifer Garner spoke about understanding what close followers of her and Ben Affleck's story may feel. According Jennifer Garner she went through the same thing when Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were going through their own split. Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's breakup came shortly after Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie wrapped the filming of "Mr And Mrs Smith." Jennifer Garner said that she read the celebrity news and watched for any indication of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston reconciling. In fact, Garner had hoped that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston would get back together.

Events turned out otherwise and Brad Pitt pushed through with his divorce from Jennifer Aniston. Now, Jennifer Aniston is married to "The Leftovers" star Justin Theroux while Brad Pitt ended up with Angelina Jolie. Both Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston have clearly moved on and left their history behind. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie now have six kids together: Maddox,14, Pax,12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 9, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 7. Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston found their happy ending albeit with other people.

On her part, Jennifer Garner admits that she is not ready to return to the dating mill although she has been asked out on a date. After her split with Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner feels that she wants an old-fashioned courtship with her new beau. Jennifer Garner says that, among other things, she wants phone calls and flowers.

Many are those who still believe that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner will not end up similarly to Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. Perhaps love will still come a second time around for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.
