‘Married at First Sight’ Season 3 Updates: Sam Admits She Does Not Regret Divorce from Neil

"Married at First Sight" Season 3 recently aired its finale episode titled "Final Decision," which showed only one couple keeping their marriage beyond the FYI reality series - Vanessa and Tres. In a recent interview, Sam admits that she does not regret her decision during the show's finale.

"Married at First Sight" Season 3 couples Sam and Neil, Vanessa and Tres, and Ashley and David were married after submitting themselves to a marriage experiment. Back then, most fans and viewers were already expecting to see Vanessa and Tres together by the end of the show and Ashley and David parting ways.

Fans' predictions were right. In the recently aired "MAFS" Season 3 finale, Vanessa and Tres chose to stay married, while Ashley and David, and Sam and Neil decided to divorce from their respective partners, Starcasm reported.

Sam cried buckets of tears when Neil told her that he wanted to divorce her because he cannot seem to move on from the way Sam treated him during their first few weeks as a married couple. In a recent interview, however, Sam shared with The Knot that she does not regret her decision.

"I wouldn't change my decision to this day. It was the right one to make," she told the publication.

Sam, however, admitted that she had a hard time watching herself treat Neil the way she did while they were filming the show.

"It was a rough few weeks for us at that point and I was extremely upset with Neil in that moment. Looking back, I knew I was still committed, but my selfish actions wouldn't allow me to say it out loud," she said.

Sam then admitted that she has learned from her experience being on "Married at First Sight" and hopefully, she would no longer take these bad traits to her next relationship. It seems like she and Neil have stayed friends, as both stars remained in touch after the show.
