Jessica Biel Opens Her New Restaurant In Hollywood Because She Was Terrified Of Taking Her Baby Out For Dinner

As a first time mother, it is just natural that Jessica Biel experiences some difficulties regarding parenting. Justin Timberlake's wife recently told the press on March 2 that among the things that opened her mind on how hard it is to be a parent is the fact that she has to take their son out for dinner.

In an interview with E! News, the 34-year-old actress revealed that it terrifies her to take her 10-month-old son to have dinner outside their home. "Since he's so little still and I'm still kind of learning how I do it in a very smooth and like elegant way, it's terrifying," the Jessica Biel admitted one of her fears in parenting their toddler. "You get to a place, you want to make sure the diners around you are not being bothered; you're full of anxiety, you're trying to go as fast as you can - you don't enjoy it at all."

The now Mrs. Timberlake quite had an epiphany after that experience when they first took their son out for dinner in a restaurant. This gave her the idea that parents who have babies and other children must have a place where they could feel safe and comfortable while dining with their little ones.

The experience prompted Biel to put up a restaurant that caters to the needs of parents like herself and called it "Au Fudge." According to Inquisitr, the whole dining experience with her child was okay, but it was more stressful than enjoyable. As it turns out, this is the same thing that her friends with kids also experience, which gave her the idea of a restaurant built ideally for families with kids.

Jessica Biel is now a proud owner of "Au Fudge," located in West Hollywood, California. The menu offers a variety of options that are healthy for both children and adults, while the restaurant provides safe toys for children to play with while at the establishment.
