John Mayer, Katy Perry Split: Singer Gets Over 'Roar' Songstress With F1 Racer's Ex Jessica Michibata; Is Orlando Bloom Relieved?

Katy Perry and John Mayer reportedly had an on-again, off-again relationship when they were together. This time, however, Katy Perry and John Mayer seem to really be moving on. Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are progressing well as a couple. Meanwhile, John Mayer and Jessica Michibata, ex-wife to Formula One racer Jenson Button, have also been making the public take notice.

According to Daily Mail, John Mayer and model Jessica Michibata have been taking a bit of the spotlight away from Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom. Mirror reports that John Mayer and Jessica Michibata seem happy in each others' company. After stopping at West Hollywood's The Nice Guy, John Mayer and Jessica Michibata were seen leaving the venue in the same vehicle.

Jessica Michibata and Formula One star Jenson Button married in Hawaii in December 2014. Jenson Botton proposed to Jessica Michibata on Valentine's Day in 2014 after dating for a few years. A little over a year into their marriage, the two decided to part ways. According to a spokesperson for Jenson Button, the Formula One champion and Jessica Michibata mutually agreed on their separation with no other party involved. The spokesperson also assured that Jessica Michibata and Jenson Botton are in good terms with each other.

John Mayer and Katy Perry dated until July 2015 and still remained good friends. Perez Hilton reports that the friendship between Katy Perry and John Mayer might be an uncomfortable one for Orlando Bloom. A source stated that despite Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry being an item, Perry and Mayer getting back together is not far fetched.
