'Grey's Anatomy' Air Date, News & Update: Wilmer Valderrama Joins in for a Multi-Episode Arc

"Grey's Anatomy" will have the latest addition as Wilmer Valderrama is about to grace the American drama series. The 36-year-old star will play as Kyle Diaz and will come out in the multi-episode arc.

Valderrama, who is popularly known for being the "70's Show" alum as Fez, will be first seen starting in April in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12. However, aside from revealing his name in the show, people behind the television series didn't give any further details, Variety reported.

Moreover, Valderrama already dominates the world of television series as he can also be watched in El Rey Network's "From Dusk Till Dawn" and Fox's "Minority Report." He, too, already appeared in a number of guest arcs in "Raising Hope," "Suburgatory" and "Royal Pains" while he is one of the regular casts of CBS' "Four Stars."

Valderrama's longtime girlfriend Demi Lovato, on the other hand, was once a guest star in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 6 as a patient, per TV Guide . Furthermore, "Grey's Anatomy" also has new characters with the emergence Martin Henderson and Samantha Sloyan.

"Grey's Anatomy" just recently signed to continue for Season 13. Meanwhile, fans of the long-running drama series were shocked on the death of a major character, Dr. Shepherd or commonly known as McDreamy.

Hence, "Grey's Anatomy" enthusiasts tried to analyze how Dr. Shepherd died from the previous episodes. A Reddit user named Saskatchewanbr said that the demise of the doctor had something to do with "Grey's Anatomy" Season 1 Episode 2, Pop Sugar reports.

To recall, in the said episode, Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Grey were nursing a rape victim who's in coma. Dr. Shepherd then said that if he ever slipped into deep unconsciousness, he wanted all of his sisters to be beside him.

Before Dr. Shepherd's death, he was in a vegetative state, but Dr. Grey didn't manage to call his siblings. His sister Amelia got mad at Dr. Grey and ended up taking his brother's position as the head of neurosurgeon. "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 airs every Thursday on ABC.
