'The Young and The Restless' Spoilers: Did Billy and Phyllis Finally Hook Up?

Fans are psyched to know that the upcoming episode of "The Young and the Restless" is filled with new adventures. It was revealed that "The Young and the Restless" episode that would air on March 21 will feature a celebration in Genoa City as Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Jack (Peter Bergman) launch their new charity.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, "The Young and the Restless" spoilers say that the Monday episode will focus on new charity that Neil and Jack started. The party will be a huge success, but prior to the celebration, Lily (Christel Khalil) will mention how the Winters clan will make a huge gathering, asking Jack if the Abotts from AbbottsWinters Foundation are coming.

The charity launch on "The Young and the Restless" will be something interesting as Summer Newman shows up. Though she is in her best behavior, her plus one, on the other hand, will cause a stir. Despite being warned by Marisa regarding Luca, Summer didn't listen and took Luca. Apprently, Summer sees him in a different way, contrary to what everybody is saying about him.

Aside from Summer and Luca's scene on "The Young and the Restless," it was also mentioned that a new couple might emerge. An article from Heavy hints that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Billy (Jason Thompson) might eventually hook up. The two have been stuck in the friendzone for quite some time, but a new teaser gives fans a glimpse the duo looking very busy in the bedroom.
