Perez Hilton reports that Melissa McCarthy revealed that she has trimmed her size down to 14. With a such a huge amount of weight loss, Melissa McCarthy gives a stunning revelation.

"No trick, nothing to tell, just super boring life," McCarthy said. "You bring it real down, you don't do anything fun and you go to bed at 7:30 - that's the trick."

The Daily Mail reports that being "super boring" to achieve weight loss means that Melissa McCarthy only eats healthy food. Junk food is a definite no-no for Melissa McCarthy. In 2015, Melissa McCarthy also shared that being on a high protein, low carb diet helps in her weight loss.

In an interview with E! News, Melissa McCarthy described how stress tended to exacerbate her weight gain. More than anything, McCarthy believes that one of the best choices she made is to give up stressing out.
