‘Married at First Sight’ Season 3 News & Updates: Sam Wants Neil Back; Husband Admits to Missing His Wife

"Married at First Sight" Season 3 has seen all three couples divorce six months after the experimental marriage was over. While such is the case, many fans are still hoping to see their fan-favorite couple Sam and Neil back together. Is there a chance for reunion between these two?

"Married at First Sight" Season 3 couple Sam Role and Neil Bowlus are one of the FYI reality series' most loved pairs. These two may have had a rocky start in their relationship, but they ultimately ended up sharing what seemed like a smooth, harmonious marriage by the end of the show.

Many fans were surprised when the "Married at First Sight" Season 3 finale came out and Neil revealed his decision to divorce Sam. Neil admitted that their first few weeks together left a huge impact on him and seemed to have a hard time getting past their rough start.

Neil, however, told Us Weekly that if he could redo in the show, it would be to "speak up earlier in the season and be more specific when things were going bad." He also admitted that he misses some of the things they do together on "MAFS."

While Neil does not seem to be interested in rekindling his relationship with Sam and try to give their marriage another try, the latter remains hopeful that things will work out between them.

In an interview with The Knot, "MAFS" Season 3 star Sam shared that she hopes to build the friendship between her and Neil.

"He always said he wanted to be married to his best friend, so the only thing I can hope for is to get close to him," she said. "Hopefully he is willing to even consider it. We've talked about it several times, and he just constantly says it's just not there for him."

Sam continues to blame herself for the way she treated Neil in the beginning of "Married at First Sight" Season 3. However, Sam said that she has taken this experience as a lesson for her future relationships.
