Effective Ways To Get Rid Of House Bugs

It is everyone's problem on how to prevent those creepy crawlers invading your home. Of course no one would like to sleep in a house where those nasty cockroaches and house crickets are roaming freely.

Some bugs are bacteria and disease carriers so it is very important to eradicate the invasion of these unwelcomed visitors in our house. There are numerous species of bugs that invade our home and the effective ways on how to get rid of them may also vary per kind.

Here are some preventive measures that you can do to keep your house free from these common house bugs that give you headaches.

1.      All types of home bugs.

Keep your foods and organic products in an airtight storage, containers, or in refrigerators. This is the main reason why they invade our home. They have the convenience of finding food.

2.      Cockroaches

As emphasized by Money Crashers page, no matter how clean your house is, there will also be roaches that will invade your house from time to time. Good thing beer is available everywhere because this will be a very effective bait for roach trap. All you need to do is get a big jar, coat the inside wall of the jar with cooking oil to make it slippery and put a half cup of beer inside. Leave it overnight and you will surprisingly see roaches trapped inside.

3.      Ants

Cinnamon and Peppermint oil are easy to acquire food ingredients and these are effective things you can use to prevent ants from invading your place. If you see a line of ants, try to find their source of entry and place some cinnamon powder or few drops of peppermint oil. They hate the smell of these organic products.

4.      Crickets

These are not harmful insects though but these can disturb you especially on your sleeping hours making it very horrendous. What you can do to stop those tiny chirping insects is to make a cricket spray made with only water and soap. Pretty simple but this can repel those insects because they get irritated when sprayed with this solution. Spray it in the areas where you think crickets are hiding.

5.      Mosquitoes

There is nothing more annoying and dangerous house bug other than mosquitoes. As suggested by instructables, camphor with water it is the simplest way to repel mosquitoes. All you need to do is find a small container, place 1 camphor tablet and fill with water. Place it in one corner of your room or put in places where mosquitoes are likely to fly around or hide.
