'Two Worlds III' Release Date, News & Update: Confirmed To Be In Development; 'Two Worlds II' To Get New DLC --- Details Here!

Fans of "Two Worlds" will be extremely happy as it was just recently announced by "Two Worlds" game developers, TopWare, that the 3rd installment of the "Two Worlds" game franchise is now in development. Also, they have already given a number of months as to when "Two Worlds III" will be finished.

According to TopWare's post, they plant to make "Two Worlds III" in a 36 month period and that they ask the fans to be loyal and patient with the game development. However, it is not only that because TopWare has announced a new downloadable content or DLC for "Two Worlds II."

The wait for "Two Worlds III" might be long but the assurance that it is coming makes fans vividly happy about it. However, the 36 month period is seriously a stretch so TopWare decided to give gamers of "Two Worlds II" a new DLC wherein they can play the game with new maps as they await for the release of "Two Worlds III". In TopWare's Facebook post, the update will include eight new multiplayer maps and two single-player expansion, which are called the "Call of the Tenebrae" and "Shattered Embrace."

The "Call of the Tenebrae" is set to be released on the 2nd quarter of this year. It is a game that is said to "focuses on the Hero's return to Antaloor, where he witnesses the shocking murder of DarPha. The killers are a never-before-seen tribe of hideous, rat-like creatures known only as 'The Chosen.' who control a mysterious, powerful new magic. Their genocidal plot threatens every living creature in Antaloor, and it's up to the Hero to find a way to stop them."

The new engine for the "Two Worlds" game will help with the new DLC's and will give the gamers of "Two Worlds II" an experience they never had before. The new engine is available for Linux and Steam OS and will allow "much higher level of character landscape detail."
