Nintendo Rumors, News & Updates: Tech Giant's First Smartphone Game Affirmed To Hit The US Stalls?

Recent rumors, news and updates regarding Nintendo are escalating. It has been noted that Nintendo's first smartphone game would hit the stalls of the United States.

According to a former report from Gamespot, "Following its launch in Japan earlier this month, Nintendo's first smartphone game/app Miitomo will debut in the United States on March 31, the company announced today."

With that declaration in mind, the gamers that have followed Nintendo for many years will be thrilled to know that a new era of accessibility is waiting for them. The same report mentioned that the "free-to-start" game, a name given by Nintendo was successfully accepted in Japan, and it garnered 1 million downloads upon its first released. It also became the No. 1 spot for free apps on App Store as well as Google Play.

In a separate report from Tech Crunch, "The app will also reach Canada, the U.K., Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Russia, Australia, and New Zealand. Nintendo says that other countries may still be added, too."

It stands out that Miitomo was the one that developed the update along with mobile game giant DeNA. It has also been speculated that the game would soon be coming to the United States as well as Europe. Nevertheless, there has not been any fixed release date for the western version as of the moment.

It stands to reason that Nintendo aims on improving its user performance and expanding its horizons. The same report added that the company is preparing to dominate the world and offer a whole new variety of mobile applications, but despite their goals, the reality is far being settled.

Even though Nintendo's first Smartphone game has dominated Japan's market, it remains unclear on whether it would follow the same success as it did once it hits the stalls of the U.S or other western countries.
