‘Deadpool 2’ Release Date, News & Update: What To Expect For The Next Sequel

It is undeniable that "Deadpool" was able to dominate the big screen in an unprecedented way. In line with that, many are expecting more of the forthcoming sequel, "Deadpool 2." Given its enormous success, many are rendering speculations on what to expect for the next sequel.

According to a former report from Cinema Blend, the production and sequel has been affirmed and it is just a matter of time before everything is laid on the table for the next movie.

The mere idea of bringing the box office hit into the big screen once more is more than enough to satiate the fans and followers of the hit movie. Even though it was a Rated R movie, its success and triumph in the box office has continued to surprise all.

To prove the latter, in a report from Forbes, "In the deluge of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Monday morning quarterbacking, that other 2016 superhero film went and did something remarkable. As of Sunday, Ryan Reynolds's Deadpool has earned $745.7 million worldwide. That means it has eclipsed the $742m worldwide gross of The Matrix Reloaded to become the biggest-grossing R-rated movie of all time."

With that in mind, many are wondering if the next film would feature a striking resemblance to its former storyline or would it bring about a new angle that would raise the stakes even more.

"Deadpool" has recently bagged the name and title of being the biggest R-rated movie ever in America, and many are speculating that as of the moment, none can contend with it. However, if "Deadpool 2" surpasses its own achievement, it would be safe to say that it may have the capacity to defeat its very own record.

Although there are still too many things to watch out for the next film, fans and followers of this much-acclaimed movie expect the next film to be thrilling, captivating and most of all, unpredictable till the end.
