‘Love & Hip Hop: New York’ News & Update: Amina Buddafly Finally Ditching Cheating Husband Peter Gunz? Reality Star Hints Divorce After Shocking Pregnancy Bombshell

"Love & Hip Hop: New York" Season 6 epically concluded late last month. But the drama surrounding the VH1 series' cast seemed to be far from over and latest reports hinted that controversial couple Amina Buddafly and Peter Gunz might be heading for divorce.

Buddafly and Gunz's relationship is perhaps one of the most controversial and messiest couplings in "Love & Hip Hop: New York" history. It even became more controversial when Buddafly dropped her pregnancy bombshell two weeks ago.

A pregnancy news shouldn't really come as a surprise but in Buddafly's case, it was quite shocking. The reason? Buddafly admitted earlier in "Love & Hip Hop: New York" Season 6 that she had an abortion after learning that husband Gunz was still hooking up with his baby mama and ex-girlfriend, Tara Wallace, as previously reported.

Buddafly's pregnancy also came when Wallace was about to give birth to her third child with Gunz when the reunion special was filmed in February. Now, amid her pregnancy, Buddafly dropped another surprising revelation - her possible divorce with husband Gunz.

In an exclusive post-season interview, Buddafly confirmed that she and her daughter Cori are currently living in Los Angeles while husband Gunz is in New York. But the "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star also stressed that their separation does not necessarily mean they're divorcing.

"[It's just] me and my daughter Cori," Buddafly told VH1. "I kind of had the idea of leaving New York right before the reunion. That was when I decided I can no longer be with Peter and I just felt like I needed to be away from this situation. Not necessarily him but the whole situation and I needed to just focus on myself so I found an apartment and right now I'm currently living [in Los Angeles]."

Buddafly also shed some light on the possible divorce. But the "Love & Hip Hop: New York" cast member stressed that her move to Los Angeles is indefinite.

"The honest truth is that I don't know," Buddafly said when asked if she's moving with a divorce. "All I can say is right now, at this moment, Peter and I are not together. I'm in LA and he's in New York and we don't live together and we're not in a relationship, but are we done for good? Only time can tell."

"Yes, it's kind of open ended," she added. "I mean I'm not coming back to New York, there's just nothing holding me there anymore."

Meanwhile, despite the incessant divorce rumors, "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star Buddafly adamantly stressed that she has not broken up with her husband Gunz for good. But she confirmed the news of her separation through a Twitter post, Fashion & Style notes.
